ENAMEL PINS
Enamel pins are made by creating a custom stamped plate of your design and filling it with enamel inks to make your final piece. They come in a number of different plate (metal) colours and can be filled with any colour in the Pantone system. They can also be made to almost any shape.
WE OFFER 2 TYPES OF PINS:
SOFT ENAMEL
Soft enamel pins are by far the most popular option. Soft enamel is most likely what you are used to seeing. You can see all of the bumps and ridges within your design.
HARD ENAMEL
Hard enamel on the other hand is very smooth and shiny. You can expect hard enamel to be smooth as glass with a nice shine to the top layer.
HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ENAMEL PINS:
- Our maximum size for enamel pins is 2 inches tall.
- Typical turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from payment.
- There is no colour limit to your pins but every colour that gets added will increase your final price.
- Simple and bold artwork is the key to great enamel pins.
- Remember that inks need to have a hard line between each colour. Think of it like a colouring book.
- Like almost everything in the print world, vector artwork is ideal.
- All pins come stock with a military clutch and individually sealed in a poly ziploc bag.
- MOQ – 50 Pieces per design.
PATCHES
When you're thinking of patches, whatever the style, we have you covered. We produce 3 main styles, embroidered, woven and chenille. All patches are made to the highest standards and can have a merrowed or hot cut edge depending on your preferences. So give us a shout and one of our in-house stitchers will pop a patch onto your stuff to give it that extra special zing you've been looking for.
We Offer Three Types of Patches:
STANDARD
Flat embroidery on twill is how 90% of the patches out there are created. Thus the catchy name – Standard. They are a great middle ground for detail and always look great sewn onto hats, jackets and bags. You can expect a heat seal backing unless otherwise stated. They are available with a merrowed edge but typically come with a hot cut edge.

WOVEN
This style of patch is crucial if you’re looking for high detail or very small images. Woven patches come as a stand alone items but they’re also what we use for hem tags and sewn tags.
CHENILLE
This patch style was first made popular on high school letter jackets and still has that wow factor today. These soft and fuzzy patches rely heavily on a simple design. So think big and bold when designing. You can expect a heat seal backing unless otherwise stated.

- Our maximum size for patches is 12 x 12 inches.
- Typical turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from payment.
- Simple and bold artwork is the key to success with any patch style although it is most crucial with Chenille patches.
- Like almost everything in the print world, vector artwork is ideal.
- MOQ - 50 Pieces per design.
ONE INCH BUTTONS
It’s not the first time we have mentioned it on the site but we’ll say it again, it’s how we got started! One inch buttons were our first love and we still offer them to this day. You can get them in black and white or full color. One inch is the only size that we do at PTD.
HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ONE INCH BUTTONS:
- Our only button size is one inch.
- Typical turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days from payment.
- For best artwork results, a vector file is ideal but we can also accept almost any file that was created and saved at a 300 or higher dpi level.
- MOQ – 100 Pieces per design.
DRINK KOOZIES
Lets be real here, drink koozies are usually known as beer koozies. Either way, if you’re chuggin a brew or slinging a soda, you’ve gotta drink in style! We will print your design on our standard foam koozies and we offer a nice colour selection. Koozies can printed as single or double sided. Prints are limited to 1 colour.
HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT KOOZIES:
- The maximum print area on a koozie is 3.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall.
- Typical turnaround time is 12 to 15 business days from payment.
- Vector artwork files are the most ideal.
- MOQ – 50 Pieces per design.
Bandanas
Bandanas are a perfect product for all of your fans that like to ride in style. They’re great for keeping the sweat out of your eyes, a perfect way to cover your face while blasting down the freeway on your hog or even just folded up in your back pocket and used like grand-dads snot rag. No matter what the use, we’re positive that when we slap your artwork on one of our cotton bandanas, you’ll be rocking like the great Bret Michaels himself!
HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BANDANAS:
- Bandanas are limited to 1 colour prints.
- The minimum order for bandanas is 25 pieces.
- The print will be faintly seen on the opposite side.
- They can only be printed on 1 side.
- Typical turnaround time is 12 to 15 business days from payment.
