WE OFFER TWO OPTIONS

Option 1:

GROUP STORES

Our group store option is by far the easiest and most streamlined option to get a store up and running fast. Your personalized store will be on a master site with all of our other group store clients. This means that you can link your customers to your store on the master site and have them shop your goods as well as look around at other shops too. Similar to Cut Loose Merch.

SOME GOOD POINTS:

  • Very quick and easy to get set up to start selling.
  • Great way to go if you have only a few items.
  • Perfect for companies that only need a store temporarily.
  • It requires a lower investment.
  • Your stores can go up and down fairly easily.
  • We handle customer service requests.

Option 2:

STAND ALONE STORES

The other option we offer is Stand Alone Stores. This is a better option for companies that offer a wide range of products or ship out a larger number of packages per day. You will have full control of your store and we will handle the physical fulfillment side of the operation. You can set your own store up (we suggest using Shopify) or you can have us do it for you for a one-time fee.

SOME GOOD POINTS:

  • This is the best option if you are looking to scale your business.
  • You will have an eCommerce website set up as a stand alone site. Customers can only shop at your store. Similar to Okay Player.
  • It’s the right way to go if you stock more than 12 items or sell more than 12 items per day.
  • You handle all customer service related issues.

HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FULFILLMENT:

  • All packages are shipped from our Welland, Ontario warehouse.
  • We do not offer print-on-demand services.
  • All items must be folded and poly bagged so consider that cost when budgeting.
  • Stock item orders typically ship out in less than 24 hours.
