SCREEN PRINTING

Since 2009, we have put every ounce of concentration into perfecting the art of screen printing. It’s the wind beneath our wings and the craft we love most. At its core, screen printing is the process of shearing ink through a custom made screen stencil, colour by colour, to leave a graphic onto a T shirt. It’s the most efficient and cost effective way to custom decorate apparel. After working through every technique imaginable we decided to focus our energy on a print style that we refer to as The EverSoft Print. In addition to the ES print, we still put every ounce of craftsmanship into our Classic Touch and Retro Feel prints.

EverSoft is our go-to method for screen printing whenever possible. It utilizes the best attributes from water based and traditional ink types to create a high grade, retail ready product that will have your fans and customers excited to wear. Expect a vibrant, bold and supple print that generally gets softer after the wash.

SOME GOOD POINTS:

  • It has a very soft feel to it and that feel improves when washed.
  • It has a matte, easy on the eyes finish. There is still a slight feel to it but it is extremely supple and comfy to wear.
  • It doesn't work on all garments and all garment colours. So if having an ES print is important to your project, make sure to choose EverSoft specific garment colours from our catalogue.

If Eversoft doesnʼt fit into your criteria, we offer two other great options:

This is likely what you would expect on a typical printed T shirt. It is a tried and true method of putting a graphic on a T shirt that can stand up to a beating. The colours are always bold and the print itself has a bit of a raised feel. It’s called Classic for a reason and we stand behind it.

SOME GOOD POINTS:

  • It works on any garment, any colour, any time.
  • Exceptionally vibrant and bold colours.
  • Very accurate Pantone colour matching.
  • It creates a slightly thicker or raised print then you would get with EverSoft.

Works on all garments

Retro Feel is a printing technique that gives your new shirts a vibe from the past. This is an especially great technique to use on distressed designs because of its worn look with a semi-transparent print. The colours don’t punch on dark shirts like EverSoft or Classic Touch but that’s the point!

SOME GOOD POINTS:

  • Soft feel. Reminiscent of a shirt that has been washed many times.
  • Trendy/faded look on dark shirts with a punchy look on light shirts.
  • All colours will have a faded or muted look on dark garments. It is used most effectively with bold images.
